Advice for home buyers

I have said it before, and I’ll say it again – I am NOT a salesperson! I am a Realtor®, which means so many things – I’m a matchmaker, a therapist :), an interior designer, expert problem solver, transaction coordinator, and most importantly, your advocate, all wrapped into one. Plus, I sell homes!

My job is to listen to what you need, protect your interests throughout the transaction, and provide guidance while shopping for homes. I’ve built my business on relationships, not transactions.

Insider Tip

When we’re looking to find the right home, let’s decide which features are a ‘requirement’ and which features are ‘extras.’ I’ve seen many arguments while home shopping just from that statement alone. I know, that huge master walk-in closet is important, but this home is in the flight path next to the train tracks. Are you willing to overlook those features? So, let’s get it out of the way up front and work through it!
