Ahwatukee Foothills

Ahwatukee is a triangular-shaped pocket of Phoenix, south of city center.

Although small, the area is not short on fun!

The people who live, work and play in this thriving community share the intimacy of small town living, while enjoying the plentiful amenities of a bustling metropolis close at hand.

One of 15 villages designated by the City of Phoenix, Ahwatukee Foothills offers its residents and visitors a leisurely lifestyle. You’ll find three golf courses, as well as the annual Ahwatukee Chili Cook Off, which takes place over three days and is officially sanctioned by the International Chili Society.

South Mountain Park – the largest municipal park in the United States – stretches out along the community’s northern border. As a result, the views and opportunities for trail activities, from hiking to biking to horseback riding, can’t be beat.
