The Annual Jenn Jenkins Pie Party has become a Jennuine Living tradition, the kind people mark their calendars for, year after year. A sweet excuse to catch up, break bread, and gather with gratitude.
A Sweet Tradition with a Whole Lot of Heart
What started as a simple thank-you for the people who trusted me with their biggest life transitions has turned into something truly special. Nearly 100 pies, each one baked from scratch by my mom (yes, she does the crust, too!), are now part of a tradition that I look forward to every year.
It’s not just about the pies; it’s about the laughter, the stories, and the connections with my clients that continue long after the ink dries on their house contracts.
These days, clients joke, "I need to buy a house just to get a pie!" While I hope that’s not the only reason we work together, it reminds me why I love what I do: real estate isn’t about the house, it’s about the people. That belief shapes everything I do.

It’s a family affair, too. My boys show up, pitch in, and get to see firsthand how this business has grown and the lives I’ve had the honor of helping. It’s sweet in every sense of the word.
Every year, my family hosts something sweet. Donuts & Donations is our annual community event where clients, friends, and neighbors come together over coffee, conversation, and a cause that matters.
We collect non-perishable food for St. Mary’s Food Bank, share donuts (the good kind), and support each other in doing a little good, together. It’s simple, joyful, and one of my favorite days of the year.
