The Eagles Nest property came with a view and a few challenges. The home, part of an inherited estate, was jointly owned by four siblings living in different states and tied up in probate. On top of that, the home had a long-time tenant who wasn’t ready to move out, and decades of belongings (plus layers of dust) that needed clearing before it could even think about hitting the market. Plus, The family wanted top dollar but didn’t want to invest heavily in updates or renovations.

I stepped in with a strategy to manage the moving parts: helping the tenant relocate with care, coordinating junk removal, landscape services, and a deep cleaning.
Plus, partnering with the sellers on a smart, minimal maintenance plan that made the most of what the home already had. Every decision had to be strategic.
