Mark and Jane were referred to Jennuine by past clients when they started exploring a move to Scottsdale. Their must-haves? A home with a casita, mountain views, at least 4,500 square feet, and a guard-gated community, all within 50 minutes of the airport. Oh, and it had to be a great deal.

In a hot sellers’ market, that last request was a tall order. But after six months of combing the MLS, I found the one.

They were Phoenix bound within 24 hours. Flight booked, wheels up and we made our move. We negotiated $110,000 off the list price and after inspections, another $50,000 to cover HVAC and pool concerns. Just when we thought it was smooth sailing, all three water heaters failed on closing day. But we didn’t flinch. Within 72 hours, the sellers installed three brand new units and Mark and Jane got their dream home with every last box ticked (and a few bonus wins to boot).

Jenn is not only professional but extremely friendly and dialed in to the situation at hand. She had a solution for every road bump that came up due to the complexity of our situation.
