Scottsdale – North + Old Town

Is a residential neighborhood more your speed?

Looking to sit on the back patio and watch our famous sunsets away from the hustle and bustle?

North Scottsdale is a desert city in Arizona east of the state capital Phoenix.

It’s known for its spa resorts and golf courses, including TPC Scottsdale. Farther north, trails wind through McDowell Sonoran Preserve, a desert-scape of hills, rock formations, and cacti. Nearby is Taliesin West, architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s former home and studio.

Downtown, The Scottsdale Waterfront is a 1.1 million-square-foot project with retail, office, restaurant, and high-rise residential buildings, making it a great place to stroll, shop, or dine.

Old Town is the heart of downtown Scottsdale and contains the highest millennial population.

This lively area has a bustling art scene (i.e. The Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art), nightlife, and plenty of drinking and dining establishments.
