Don’t allow the price to derail your negotiation

Negotiations!

It is so easy to get tripped up during a negotiation over $5,000 to $10,000 very easily.  Most buyers focus on the price when in reality, the payment is what matters.  I have said it before and I will say it again, you live in the payment, not the price!

Think about it this way.  When a buyer is getting prequalified, they are finding what payment per month they can afford and what payment per month fits into their budget.  They then are told, this is the amount of home you can afford.  We then make a plan from there.

Don’t get tripped up on the price tag – remember what your budget is and then we can negotiate from there.
